On-site Support (OSS) and after-hours

There are 3 hours of OSS support monthly included in membership. which if required by an owner, manager or Tech staff; a technician will be dispatching to solve and issue on site. We offer 24/7, 365 days a year support for members, but all calls made after business hours will incur in after-hours support price tier.

Server and Network Maintenance

Our system admins are trained to take over your servers and maintain them in all features. And our consultants can analyze your organization to provide you with the best server solution your organization needs. For security, file sharing, printer sharing, Databases, virtual environments, Firewalls and network appliances.

Systems Backup.

We host backups for our clients in our cloud servers and onsite thru backup appliances connected to the network. This provides us with the means to be able to restore files and systems quick no matter the issue or disaster.

Anti-Virus and Malware protection

Our team has allied with ESET and Malwarebytes to provide the most comprehensive protection for our customers. Both have been proven to work 99% percent of the time and clear most unwanted applications and known threats.

System Optimization

We have team up with Teamwiever, ITbrain and ESET managed AV to keep a close watch in your systems’ internals so you don’t have to worry about doing maintenance or updates to your machine/s.

Remote support

With our membership your organization can call us during business hours and have our friendly technical staff can help you fix most issue quickly, by guiding you over the phone or connecting remotely to your system.

Monthly Visit

Once a month for one hour, one of our friendly technicians will go to your premises do a walk thru and check local systems for stability. The reason for this is because some users will not call or start a service ticket until they see the IT staff on-site. Also, this allows us to check the visual state of the equipment and asses if upgrades will be needed in the future.
